Seaweed Baths Terms & Conditions of Use

These terms and conditions apply to all Seaweed Bath bookings and events. By making a booking, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.

Bookings & Use of Huts

• 1–2 people must book 1 hut
• Groups of 3 or more must book 2 huts
• We reserve the right to amend bookings that do not comply with this and charge the correct rate.

Guests will be welcomed at their scheduled start time.

Please arrive at your scheduled start time. Sessions run back-to-back and cannot start early or be extended.

Late arrival will result in reduced treatment time. If you miss your slot, the full fee is forfeited and bookings cannot be rescheduled.

Guests must pull the plugs and vacate the hut promptly at the end of their session time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next booking.

Baths must not be emptied and refilled during the session but you are permitted to top up woth hot water if required.

Guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels, as other bookings may be taking place in neighbouring huts. 

Safety & Use

• Please bring a swimming costume and towel (not provided)
• Only use products provided by Sae Seaweed. A £200 cleaning charge will apply for unauthorised products
• All makeup, sunscreen and body products must be removed before entering the bath
• Maximum 1 person per bath
• Children must be supervised at all times and limited to 10 minutes in the bath at any one time, as they can overheat more quickly than adults.
• Enter and exit carefully using the slatted boards
• No smoking. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. No food or drink is allowed in or around the huts. No dogs are permitted on site. 
• Do not use the bath under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Do not use the bath if you have broken skin, or have had diarrhoea, vomiting or flu symptoms within the last 48 hours If you are unable to attend due to illness, our standard cancellation terms will still apply.
• The baths are set to 38-40°C and monitored by our team. If at any point the water feels too hot, please exit the bath and let a member of staff know.
• If you have heart conditions, blood pressure issues, diabetes or any serious illness, seek medical advice before use
• Pregnant guests should follow NHS guidance
• If you experience any allergic reaction, exit immediately and inform a member of staff
• Your foot scrub and face mask are self-applied. Please follow the guidance provided by our team.

You are responsible for your own safety at all times, including if you choose to swim in the sea before or during your session. 

 Bookings, Risk & Responsibility

The contract is formed once Sae Seaweed confirms your booking and payment.

Participation carries an inherent level of risk. While all reasonable precautions are taken, Sae Seaweed accepts no responsibility for injury or loss not arising from its own negligence.

By attending, guests confirm they are fit and well to participate.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused beyond fair wear and tear.

Personal belongings are brought at the guest’s own risk.

Children

• Minimum age: 4+
• Under 18s must have parent or guardian consent
• Children must be supervised on a 1:1 basis

Payment

Payment is made online.

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 12 months, are non-refundable, and may be transferred to another person.

Cancellation terms apply to all voucher bookings.

Cancellations (By Us)

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. unsafe conditions or staff issues), we may cancel a session. In this case, we will offer:

• A full refund
• An alternative booking date
• If yoyu booked with a voucher this will be reissued. (vouchers are non refundable)

Cancellation by us does not include reimbursement of travel or associated costs.

Cancellations (By You)

All cancellations or reschedule requests must be made via email and acknowledged by us.

• 2+ weeks’ notice → Full refund minus £10 fee or free reschedule
• Within 2 weeks → 50% refund, no reschedule option
• Within 7 days or no-show → No refund, no reschedule option

Bookings may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please send us their name, email and any medical information or details of allergies.

These terms apply to all bookings, including voucher bookings.

Events

Event bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
You may transfer your booking to another guest with prior notice.

Medical

All clients must provide relevant medical and allergy information prior to attending at the booking stage.

Our treatments use natural ingredients designed to be gentle; however, individual sensitivities may occur. Products must be used as instructed by staff.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour affects safety, staff, or the experience of others. No refund will be given.

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to take part.

Damage to equipment will be charged accordingly.

Weather & Environment

The experience takes place outdoors. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
